VTURCS Spring Symposium 2016

The Spring Research Symposium 2016 took place on April 26th with 24 featured projects--12 research projects and 12 capstone projects. Awards were issued in the categories of Faculty Choice for best research project as selected by a panel of faculty judges, Marston Awardfor most entrepreneurial project as selected by our CSRC members, Capstone Award for best capstone project, and People's Choice Award as selected by all people in attendance. Special thanks to Dr. Dongyoon Lee, Prof. Steve Harrison, and Dr. Andrea Kavanaugh for serving as faculty judges. Thanks to the 11 CSRC representatives who selected the Marsden Awards. And thanks to the over 100 people who came out to support the students and help select the People's Choice Awards.
